Lost Boys (Little Cayman) Ltd T/A Freedive Cayman. ("Freedive Cayman") is a data controller and processor of the customer's personal data under the Data Protection Law, 2017 (as may be amended) ("Law") of the Cayman Islands with respect to the personal data which the customer has or will supply to Freedive Cayman pursuant to this contract and applicable laws.

 

The customer hereby consents to such control and processing of the said personal data as being necessary for the entry into and performance of this contract.

 

The Customer, on written request, shall have the right to view the personal data collected and processed and shall have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner of the Cayman Islands in the event that the customer alleges that said personal data has not been processed fairly under the Law.
